Tilmon Properties is named after Tilmon Miller, the grandfather of our founder, Traci Miller.

Mr. Miller was a coal miner in Lynch, Kentucky, and owned a hotel in town. The hotel suffered an arsonist’s attack and was rebuilt by Mr. Miller about one year after the fire.
