  • Assist with tax credits, financing, entitlement, and zoning.
  • Identify and work closely with engineers, architects, attorneys, local government, and general contractors.
  • Develop a project management plan including schedule, milestones, and budget with input from contractors and stakeholders.
  • Manage the project through completion.
  • Place buildings in use via leasing or sale.
